Our ever busy swimming pool is at the heart of the Fitness centre and the love of most members. The pool opens as early as 6:00a.m to 9:00p.m throughout the week.
We have a very active swimming club coached by our life guard (Makau) and his assistant (Kipanga). The team trains throughout the week and weekends too.
We also have organized swimming galas quarterly during every school holiday including April, August and December, usually from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00p.m.Everyone is invited to attend and participate with medals to be won on all strokes.
