NOTICE
INVITATION FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS
Nairobi Club invites applications for Pre-Qualification/Registration of Suppliers from Interested eligible bidders for the supply of goods and services for a period of two years, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026
Interested bidders are required to obtain and inspect the tender documents from the Club’s Procurement Office during normal working hours or download them from the website: www.nairobiclub.com (downloads).
All bidders must pay a Non-Refundable fee of Ksh. 3,000 in form of M-Pesa and obtain receipt from the Club’s Cashier at the Main reception.

Completed pre-qualification documents showing bidders details and attached to evidence of payment be placed in plain envelop and deposited in the tender box situated at the Main Club’s Accounts Office on or before 13th September 2024 1700hrs.
Bids will be opened on 13th September 2024 at 10am at the Main Club in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend.
